SPONSORSHIP
This conference brings together people with lived experience as well as multidisciplinary professionals from nursing, psychology, medicine, social work, spiritual care, nutrition, rehabilitation, and exercise for both population across the lifespan. Participants include clinicians, researchers, educators in cancer care, patient advocacy organizations, community-based organizations and patient representatives. Together, we seek to explore, share, learn and discuss psychosocial and physical aspects of cancer. People with lived experience of cancer, including patients and caregivers, are strongly encouraged to submit abstracts that speak to their role in managing cancer experiences and care.
Through our comprehensive sponsorship and supporter program, your organization will be part of improving excellence in psychosocial care and the quality of life of individuals with cancer and their families. We invite healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical companies, technology innovators, foundations, and community partners to join us on May 27 and 28, 2027 for the 42nd Annual CAPO Conference in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our theme this year is “The Changing Landscape of Psychosocial Oncology". We look forward to exploring how the field is evolving in response to emerging challenges, shifting patient and family needs, and advances in research, clinical practice, and healthcare delivery. Through an interdisciplinary lens, we seek to highlight innovative research, practices, and perspectives that are shaping the future of psychosocial oncology across diverse populations and care settings.
Our sponsorship opportunities offer exceptional visibility and networking potential, connecting your organization with leading clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and patient advocates from across the psychosocial oncology landscape. With an anticipated attendance of 150 to 175 professionals representing diverse disciplines and care settings and people with lived experience, this conference provides an unparalleled platform to showcase your commitment to patient-centered care while engaging with key decision-makers and thought leaders who influence psychosocial oncology practice and policy from across the country and internationally.
