Recording: Partnering with Diverse Patients to Advance Equitable Cancer Care: Stories from the Field

Recorded on February 21, 2024 This session described lessons learned from three research projects that aim to advance equitable cancer screening and care for Black Women with Breast Cancer, Black men with Prostate Cancer, and Structurally Marginalized Patients Who are at Risk of Developing Lung Cancer. Session goals/learning objectives: To prevent tokenism, to centre the voices of socially marginalised groups whose perspectives are often excluded and to recognize the reality of the current COVID-19 challenges in Canada, the guest speakers will offer five key considerations for building inclusive and diverse patient partnerships: 1.
