Attendees can purchase canned lentils in lieu of dry if that is easier. Just ensure that they are rinsed thoroughly
Please review the recipes ahead of time and have ALL of your ingredients washed, mostly prepped and organized in order of the recipes for ease of cooking along.
I would suggest pairing the above with a nice iced tea, lemonade or a sweet summer wine!
