Type of Membership:
Full membership is open to all individuals
with a university degree or registration, certification
or other accreditation in a recognized health profession.
Affiliate membership is discretionary
and limited to individuals who subscribe to the purposes
and objectives of the Association.
Student membership is limited to those
individuals who are full-time students.
Retired membership is limited to those
individuals who are retired.
Full Member - $50.00
Affiliate/Student/Retired - $35.00

As a membership based organization all of our initiatives
to foster and encourage interdisciplinary excellence
in psychosocial research, education, and clinical practice
in oncology are made possible through membership support.
As a member of CAPO/ACOP you also receive the following

- Free subscription to the Canadian interdisciplinary
journal, Oncology Exchange
- The opportunity to attend the yearly national conference
at a reduced registration fee.
- The opportunity to participate in the Annual General
Meeting.
- The opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with

To apply for membership, please download
the application form, fully complete all sections
of the form and send with payment to the CAPO office.
CAPO can accept payment by Cheque or Credit Card (VISA/MC
Only). Please note that application forms can be faxed
if payment is being made by credit card.Please consult
