Conference Awards

Best Student Poster Research Presentation Award

The purpose of this award is to recognize a student member of the Canadian Association of Psychosocial Oncology who has given a poster research presentation at the annual conference. Student posters will be peer-reviewed by judges in the field and a certificate and monetary gift will be presented at the conference for the highest-rated poster presentation, demonstrating excellence in psychosocial oncology research. This award is open to all disciplines and to both full-time and part-time student CAPO members at all levels of education.

Best Student Oral Research Presentation

The purpose of this award is to recognize a student member of the Canadian Association of Psychosocial Oncology for an oral research presentation demonstrating excellence in psychosocial oncology research. Student oral research presentations will be peer-reviewed by CAPO member judges and a certificate and monetary gift will be presented at the conference for the highest-rated presentation.
