Exhibitors

A limited number of exhibiter spaces have been allocated for the 2012 CAPO Conference. CAPO’s annual conference convenes researchers, clinicians and community based organizations from several professions, including: medical, psychiatry, nursing, psychology, social work, spiritual care, nutrition, rehabilitation medicine, occupational health and radiation oncology.

To book your exhibitor space, place complete the below and submit to the CAPO office. Spaces sell fast, so please book early.

Expected conference attendance: 225 – 250 delegates

Exhibit Times:Display tables will be available at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2012. All displays must be dismantled by 1 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012. All exhibits are located in  and around the Ballroom Foyer, Marriott Vancouver Pinnacle. Each exhibitor will be provided with one six foot draped table.

Exhibitor Responsibilities: The exhibit space is being provided to a limited number of agencies. The exhibit area is unsecured. The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for setting up, staffing and dismantling of displays. CAPO assumes no liability for any lost, missing or damaged materials pertaining to exhibitor displays, products, samples or materials. A list of your exhibitor staff needs to be submitted to capo@funnel.ca by Friday, April 13, 2012.

• The exhibitor fee does not include registration to the conference. Exhibitor delegates must still register and pay to attend the conference
